Took PenOp, a pre-seed technology company, from concept to world-wide market leader in the handwritten signature software market, with an extensive and defensible IPR portfolio.  Initially as a consultant, then as Commercial Director (and CEO of US Subsidiary).

Negotiated loans, grants and two rounds of venture capital investment; and led the acquisition of a competitor’s IPR and business.
